Almost nothing! We provide a completely turnkey service. We bring everything needed for the food preparation, service, and wine presentation. You simply provide the venue, the kitchen space, and your guests—we handle the rest, including the cleanup.
While we never rush an experience, a standard multi-course tasting and dinner typically lasts between 2 to 3 hours. This allows ample time to savor each course, learn about the regional characteristics of the wines, and enjoy the company of your guests.
